While the start of summer certainly feels much calmer and more certain than it did last year, plenty of activity is going on at The Sunny Center! Your help will keep us on course as we help Exonerees heal so that they can build new lives.

Around The Sunny Healing Center
The plants in the polytunnel are growing fast and have provided us with fresh greens throughout the winter and spring. Soon, we’ll have lots of fresh tomatoes as well!
But we also found another surprise in the polytunnel:

Our pregnant feral cat had four little kittens! There are two black and two gray kittens. The new mother gave birth in the dog kennel but brought them all back home soon afterward, and she put them in the polytunnel!
Life is blooming all around us, but we feel honored that the Healing Center is seen as a safe haven for a cat who doesn’t normally trust humans.
Around The Sunny Living Center

The Exonerees who are staying at our Living Center in Tampa, Florida, are continuing to build their health, both physical and mental. Danny, one of our residents who was very ill last year, has regained so much of his strength. Paul continues to be a great help around the Center. Robert is building a new life, piece by piece.
Wish Lists: Help Exonerees Directly
Your support of Exonerees has been an immense help during the pandemic and beyond, but the need continues. Please consider helping an Exoneree directly by purchasing an item from their Wish List.
Thank you so much for your support! And don’t forget, you can purchase through smile.amazon.com and select The Sunny Center Foundation USA, Inc. as your charity of choice.
Sundays With Sunny

Sunny’s new group for women Exonerees meets each week over Zoom. We meet for community and support to cope with life as an Exoneree, especially during these pandemic times. Often, guests will share techniques for meditation, relaxation, arts and crafts, health and fun ways to cope and simply to enjoy spending some time together. If you are a woman Exoneree, contact us to learn more!
Help for Exonerees

Exonerees, please visit our Outreach page and contact us if you need help in any way.
We will respond to you. Even if you just need someone to talk to!

Peace and Love,
Sunny and Peter
